Privacy Policy

What a reader leaves behind here, and what happens to it.

Do you need an account to read?

No. There is no sign-up, no wall and no profile. Every article is open to anyone who opens the page.

What happens if I write to you?

Your message and your address are kept so the reply has somewhere to go. That is the whole reason we hold them. They are not added to a list and they are not used to write to you about anything else.

Do you count visits?

We look at how many people opened a piece, so we know which questions were worth answering. Those numbers are totals. They do not carry a name and we do not assemble a profile from them.

What about cookies?

Only the ones that keep a preference between pages. Turn them off in your browser and the articles read exactly the same.

Can I ask you to delete what you have?

Yes, and we do it. Write to the address on this page. You will get a confirmation when it is gone, not a form to fill in.

What about the sites you link to?

They belong to other people, they keep their own records and nothing in this policy covers them.
